All shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser; STANMECH will not accept shipments freight-collect.

In brief:

1 year warranty
Excludes wear parts such as the element and motor brushes
Void if tool is opened or modified
Does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, or improper installation/use
Must be returned to our Burlington, ON office for inspection by our factory trained technologist

Return Policy

All shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser; STANMECH will not accept shipments freight-collect.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for tool and accessory purchases. NO EXCEPTIONS
Parts are final sale; no returns or exchanges permitted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without the required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
